Unfortunately, Smithfield Station does not allow pets to stay with hotel guests on the property. However, pet-friendly tables are available on the deck at the restaurant, and there are local boarding facilities at Smithfield Animal Hospital (757-357-9308) and The Oaks Veterinary Clinic (757-357-2324). Please contact the hotel front desk staff if you need assistance in making such arrangements.

Failure to cancel a reservation within the specific cancellation policy of the reservation, at the time it is made, will result in charges according to the specifications of the policy, to include a minimum charge of one night’s stay and associated taxes and fees Please review your cancellation policy at the time that you make your reservation.

Hotel room rates are subject to change and may vary for special events and holidays. Rates are subject to prevailing tax rates at the time of your stay, plus a 3% Environmental & Preservation fee on all hotel reservations. Quoted rates are based on single or double occupancy. There is no charge for children under 18 when staying in the room with parents. Additional adults are $15 per person per night. Reservations must be booked and occupied by at least one adult over the age of 21. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking.  At times, we may offer discounted prepaid reservations.  Any reservation made in accordance to these terms is non-refundable and dates may not be changed.

Smoking is only allowed in designated outside areas. Smoking in any of our hotel rooms, balconies, lobbies, restaurant or conference centers will result in a $250 fine.
